Help Power a 60-City Startup Launch from the Inside

GOTYOU is launching in 60+ cities this summer — and our traveling activation teams are hitting the road to make it happen.

We’re looking for organized, reliable, detail-obsessed Admins to join our tour crews and support team operations from start to finish in each city. You’ll help manage daily schedules, travel logistics, team coordination, inventory, checklists, and event setup — and keep everything running smoothly while the cameras roll and the energy flows.

This is part admin, part air traffic controller, part operations wizard.

About GOTYOU

GOTYOU is a performance-based local commerce platform that helps small businesses reach customers — without paying for ad clicks or commissions. Our mission is to make local great again, and this summer, we’re doing it on the ground across the country with a high-energy, high-visibility launch tour.

Each tour team will be visiting multiple cities per week, with events, activations, and live filming happening every day. That team needs a calm, clear, detail-focused Admin behind the scenes — making sure everything works.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate day-to-day schedules for your assigned team (travel, events, meetings, content shoots)
Manage team check-ins, lodging, transportation, and daily planning
Communicate with local merchants, event partners, and internal HQ teams
Track inventory (merch, gear, activation kits) and replenish as needed
Assist with launch event setup, local logistics, and teardown
Maintain tour tracking docs and submit daily/weekly updates
Keep everyone calm, aligned, and on time — every day
Problem-solve in the field: last-minute venue changes, travel hiccups, etc.
Be the backbone of your team’s daily rhythm

You’re a Great Fit If You…

Have experience in operations, event coordination, project management, or field logistics
Are highly organized, calm under pressure, and love solving problems in real time
Communicate clearly and professionally — in person and remotely
Can juggle moving parts, shifting timelines, and multiple people’s needs
Are comfortable using Google Sheets, project tools, and mobile apps to stay on top of things
Have basic knowledge of travel, scheduling, and logistics
Love working with teams, making plans happen, and keeping things on track
