GOTYOU is looking for highly driven Sales Representatives to grow our network of brick-and-mortar merchants — from family-owned gems to franchise locations — across restaurants, retail, and local entertainment.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

Prospect, pitch, and sign up local restaurants, stores, and entertainment venues to join the GOTYOU platform
Meet with small business owners and franchisees to show how GOTYOU helps them drive traffic and grow revenue
Use a mix of in-person outreach, phone, email, and social to build your local pipeline
Help merchants activate their first gift card offer and understand our in-app marketing tools
Track all activity and pipeline management in HubSpot
Work closely with the Growth & Ops team to align market efforts and ensure long-term merchant success
Hit (and exceed!) weekly/monthly acquisition goals

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…

Have 2–5 years of experience in sales, SaaS, SMB platforms, or B2B services
Know the local business world — especially restaurants, retail, or franchise owners
Are confident in your communication, writing, and persuasion skills
Are a self-starter who thrives on accountability and results
Have experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs to manage pipelines and reporting
Are organized, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Love building relationships and believe in the power of small business

💸 Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $40K–$70K, depending on experience & role (FT or PT)
Uncapped commission + performance-based bonuses and incentives
