We’re on a mission to help people shop, eat, and engage locally — and get rewarded for it. As we expand across the country, we’re looking for City Growth Managers to launch and grow GOTYOU in key markets.

What You’ll Do

As a City Growth Manager, you’ll own growth in your city from the ground up. That means acquiring and supporting local merchants, growing and engaging users, and activating the community. You’ll also build and lead a small team of Brand Ambassadors and Sales Support as your market scales.

Lead local merchant acquisition, onboarding, and support
Drive user growth through grassroots marketing and community campaigns
Build brand awareness through local partnerships and gifting initiatives
Launch local campaigns that boost app check-ins, gift card redemptions, and engagement
Hire and manage Brand Ambassadors and Sales Support as you hit growth milestones
Create partnerships with chambers, influencers, and local organizations
Own market-level KPIs and report on progress and insights
Represent GOTYOU in your city and bring our mission to life on the ground

Who You Are

3+ years experience in growth, partnerships, marketing, or field ops
Strong leadership instincts — you’ve managed people or are ready to lead
You’re highly organized, resourceful, and can execute with limited direction
You’re outgoing, persuasive, and thrive in fast-paced environments
You’re passionate about local businesses and community building
You get things done and love being out in the field, not just behind a desk

Bonus Points

Experience working with local SMBs or marketplaces
Familiar with influencer outreach, street teams, or event marketing
You’ve helped launch a product, business, or market from zero
